Jeanette Wigmore, 9, and Jacqueline Williams, 9, left their home in the English village of Beenham, Berkshire to go out to play. They were reported missing afterwards until their bodies were found hours later on the edge of the village in Blake's Pit, a disused gravel pit off Webbs Lane. One was drowned while the other had her throat slit. One of them had also been sexually assaulted.
